Toronto Condo Kitchen Refresh

Challenge:

• Our clients had purchased a condo and were not happy with the original kitchen. Even though the cabinets were in great shape and only 6-7 years old, our clients did not like the outdated brown/orange feel of the kitchen cabinets. They had plans to renovate other parts of the condo and were on a limited budget and timeframe

Solution:

• We helped solve these challenges by resurfacing all of the cabinet doors, boxes and trims in a modern, high gloss white finish. We even went as far as refinishing the fridge doors and adding slim chrome handles to give it a complete, modern and updated feel. This full kitchen was completed in 3 days and for half the cost of a traditional kitchen renovation.

IKEA Etobicoke - Self Check-out Refurbishment

Challenge: 

Updating commercial spaces can always be a challenge. We had the pleasure of updating all 27 self check-out stations at Ikea in Etobicoke. These stations were very functional, but were outdated and did not fit the Ikea theme. 

Solution: 

We refurbished all 27 stations in our durable, commercial grade, textured vinyl. IKEA selected a modern, bright, white oak finish that was similar to their furniture and branding. By repurposing the already existing POS stations, we were able to save IKEA time and money.

All 27 stations were done in 2 weeks, after hours and did not disturb their day to day operations. If they had replaced their stations, they would have to not only pay for new stations, but also the removal of the old ones, the installation of the new ones and the setup of all the electronics. This was a simple, cost effective and time saving way to update their space!

Marble Island - Countertop Protection Film 

Challenge: 

Our clients had just finished building their custom house that had a large marble island in the middle of the kitchen. Within a few days the stone had already gotten water spots and was proving difficult to maintain. They had just spent so much money on a beautiful marble island, but were afraid of staining or damaging it. Marble is a very porous and sensitive stone that needs to be sealed regularly. Even with maintenance, it can stain stain and discolor. 

Project Soliton: 

• We covered and protected the island with our Surface Protection Film. This durable film adds a layer of protection from stains, chips and scratches. By applying this protective film, the homeowners now have peace of mind that their stone is safe and will never need to be sealed again.
